Introduction to IEC Training Modules

IEC training is as diverse as the explosive gases that it seeks to control within hazardous environments. One, who undergoes this type of training, must be prepared to deal with dangerous environments, where the worst could happen at any moment. There are many standards and regulations throughout the work to help deal with hazardous areas, such as these, but the IECEx scheme is perhaps the most effective, because it thoroughly details the environments that are most likely to be dangerous to employees. IEC training is deeply involved in safety procedures and certification for employees and equipment. 

For instance IEC60079-14 deals only with the design, selection and erection of electric installations within gaseous atmospheres.
